Hello! My name is Kelsey Buley. I am your perfect agent if you are looking for someone who is, first and foremost, a hard-working high performer, has a strong leasing and sales background, is social media-savvy, and is well-connected within the Epic community as a former employee.

A little bit about me! I am originally from northern Minnesota, moved to Madison to attend University of Wisconsin, and have lived here ever since! I majored in Statistics with a minor in Italian and European Studies. I worked at Epic for a while, then got into real estate via a leasing agent position, and now I'm here! I am a cat mom with three cats, Fiona, Angel, and Mimosa. I am passionate about coffee as I am a former Colectivo barista 🙂

I was a leasing agent in Madison and, while being the newest person at the company, was promoted to leasing manager in the span of a few months. I was the top performing leasing agent every month. I am well-versed in leasing and sales. This accomplishment was thanks to my personality. I am a very motivated individual who always follows through and follows up. I am an expert at learning the full scope of what you are looking for and presenting all available options. This is what brought me success in leasing and what will bring us success in real estate!

I am very well-versed in social media. I use that to my advantage to market homes and to reach the largest possible audience. I post homes on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. I was a Technical Services Engineer at Epic for the inpatient pharmacy application (Willow IP for my Epic folks 🙂).
